love this girl, all is agreed.  even though i hate geography & it hates me, i do know that we’re all not close enough to barge into each others houses whenever we want. but its okay, because just like dk said in her ridiculously buttery & happy way, we have our left corners of the hearts :)<3  dianekang: BLAST TO THE PAST this week i hung out with my bestest friends in the whole world (:  cy, ek, sl, jh, dl: you guys mean the world to me.  we’ve ALL been separated for a good YEAR now…and getting back together seemed like we hadn’t been apart at all. every moment felt like nothing had changed among us, even though everything familiar to us had been stripped away. it’s so weird that we’re ALL split. berkeley, la, sd, irvine, and now riverside. how is that even possible -__- sigh. it’s been hard not having you guys around all the time in college. fall quarter especially, when i had no close friends to turn to. i wanted to cry every time something went wrong with financial aid, but i couldn’t. i wanted to vent to you guys every time murphy hall asked me for my greencard, but i couldn’t. we’re growing up, you guys. i remember when our idea of fun used to be color-coordinating our outfits and taking glamour pictures…or sitting at a round table eating doh shee rahks together…that was MIDDLE school. seems like it was yesterday. now we’re driving and working and dating and hanging out at spas and going to nicer restaurants and talking about who’s going to get married first and how we only have 15 years left until we become ahjummas with short perms. it’s so amazing to me how we’re all still so close. i can’t explain this type of bond that i feel with each and every one of you. i don’t know what it was about yesterday, but i feeel so warm and fuzzly inside. i know for a fact that you girls will always hold a most unique place in my heart, right in the back left corner. (:  school’s starting up again soon, and while i can’t WAIT to see my LA friends again, i’m torn that we’re all splitting up again. i hate distance. but i am praying for you girls each and every day, and not one day goes by without my wondering what you all are up to :D let’s take a deep breath and KICK sophomore year BUTT!
